    72mm Throttle Body...and it works

Also, CS isn't in a cold place... Like 40s all winter long and barely see any snow. Anywho, I haven't noticed any issues but I am sure @Maisonvi will be a good test of this since he drives his car through the winter and in very cold and humid conditions. This is something people really push...

Anyone else have their pu seat break?

Yeah, I was just about to buy a cheap sparco to fix this problem. My rail cracked now too. Hoping to hear from them soon.

What did you do to your ride today

I'm going to second the indy 500s. My Hankooks lasted about 15k miles. The Firestone have near 6k and still look good. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

    Broken Fuel Pump Torx Bolt

I may or may not have overlooked the in/lb and tightened all 3 to ft/lb... snapping all three off. Luckily enough someone had some extras but I was able to grab the broken bolts and hand screw them out. Isn't the norm to replace them with stand hex bolts now?

    Learn about COBB's SWAS-Disable Features (on 2010 Test-Mule)

But doesn't unplugging swas kill powering steering in Genpu's at low speeds... say when you are parking????? Is this only certain years or just if you turn sharp enough at too high of a speed? If this is an issue with 2010s then I will definitely wire in a switch... on = park mode!

    Maisonvi's never ending build

I did not do my due diligence when ordering these fittings but the tee is 1/4 and the turbo coolant return fittings I ordered were 3/8 so I had to go pick up a 1/4 npt male lol. I did not use the adapter either. I think the tee was supposed to not be a reducer. Like all 3 legs 1/2 npt. But...

    ENM @ MDC 3! April 27-30, 2017

Hey man I am all about this. We usually do a PPIHC meet that could be a little more epic. More about socializing though. I may be in for this years ENM but I doubt I will drive my car out there to thrash around being so far from home. Now that Kia Optima we had the first year...

Looks like everything came from the IL facility. 3 days isn't so bad to reach CO.

Thanks to @Maisonvi I now have ordered everything I will need to replace the hard line with a softline, relocate the turbo coolant return line and delete the throttle body coolant loop. Hoping to get on the dyno this weekend for the E85 tune. On 91 I am sitting at 22 psi and very happy with the...

Alright cool. I hope this stuff ships quickly. I am supposed to be on the dyno tuning for e30 mix this weekend.

    Maisonvi's never ending build

Thank you very much! I will be ordering this shortly so I can get my car back together yet again. I have the hardline ready to come out. Did you just cap off the coolant line for the throttle body? I have it bypassed now but I do not see a reason to keep the bypass when I can just eliminate it...

    Maisonvi's never ending build

I am really glad I keep up on your thread. I just found that I wore a hole on my turbo coolant return line due to the metal tee coming off the hard line rubbing against the turbo. I thought it wouldn't be enough to damage the coolant line but clearly I was wrong.

Sooooooooooo coolant lines... the metal hard line that the turbo return tees into failed. It has a nice hole rubbed in the side of it due to the turbo sitting against that metal tee. I didn't think it was sitting against it tight enough to be an issue but I was wrong. I will need to figure out...

    Mastermind's Build

Getting really close to having the car back on the dyno to finish tuning! The throttle response is a lot better and is spooling quicker than previously. Really excited to see how it turns out and collect data for direct comparason.
