The other day l took off the RHS air scoop in the front grill that directs air up into the top mount and found a blanking plate on the plastic frame section under the air scoop (see pic's). I was able to easily pop out the plate with a screw driver which should now let a little more cold air in...

Thanks for the help and l guess and good blast of PB Blaster will be the way to go before starting out. I wonder if the stock studs will fit the thicker flange of the XS-Power manifold or you need to swap them out with longer ones, from his pic it didn't look ideal with the stock ones..
