The battery is brand new mate could it still be bad

It don't do that either when turn key dash lights radio etc go off when release key lights come on

So tried the 2 relays still nothing will check fuses in glove box on weekends really weird though don't get it u can here relays clicking on can you think of any fuses that could cause it not to start any help be appreciated

Hi all Hope someone can help the car has new starter motor and battery but the issue seemed to have got worse not even when disconnecting battery and leaving a bit and putting back still won't turn over I am wondering if a relay could be the issue not sure what could cause this problem the car...
