Spark plug gap is fine, tried the PRV test, but it's not building pressure after I turn the car off/back to the on position. Ground is fine. Yeah, I was planning to clean the hpfp internals.

4" intake, pte 5855 turbo, full motor build with heavy intake porting (all from Downmented), 3-port ebcs, jmf intake manifold, fmic, split second controller w/ 1000cc bosch injectors, graveyard surge tank port injection kit, ? ewg exhaust manifold w/ 44mm tial mvr, tial bpv.

Car sat for several years. Heavily modified...no access to ATR. During 3rd gear pulls breaks up at 3200 RPM. Log is attached. Any advice on what to look for?
