Can't find the exact project file for that video but I have ones from earlier that year and I was using Trackmaster with a QStarz BT-Q1300ST for my timing and Race Render 2 for putting everything together. Since that time I know there is a new version of Race Render and it looks like the company...

Race Render 2. I'm not 100% sure what I used for my timing and speed but I'm pretty sure it was Trackmaster for Android with a 5hz GPS puck. I'll see if I can find the project file somewhere.

I couldn't find the option either but at the bottom of the emails received their is a direct link to that setting.
