anyone tried maxpeedings forged rods?

Hello to all mazdaspeed owners, i have from 2018 a mazda6 mps, i have a second engine with oversized block +0,5 and i would like to know the safe limits of stock rods if i use them, and aftermarket pistons +0.5 not forged if are safe for this rebuilt or something else. my goal is around 400hp...
