To my knowledge, they can check if your ECU has been reflashed. If it’s not a CARB legal COBB OTS tune (which we know is garbage) then you won’t pass smog… I would love to be wrong haha so someone can correct me but that’s my understanding. So I’m stuck with using parts that can run on a stock...
