    Aftermarket head unit

I'll hafta look again. Do people mostly go for those since they can be updated/upgraded later? As opposed to a more name brand radio, that is.

    Aftermarket head unit

I used to buy only Pioneer. Maybe I need to look into it again. Friend has the same sub and amp. I have an adapter on the stock HU that has amp pre-outs so you can run a sub off of it. I had pounds and pounds of dynamat in my old car back in the day. This just isn't hitting as hard currently...

    Aftermarket head unit

which one? The bose amp is gone and has been replaced. do you know the model number? there's like 20 of them. i remember when upgrading the radio wasn't such a pain in the ass :)

    Aftermarket head unit

I've always gone by the head unit pre-amp output. I don't know the exact specs of the stock head unit, but if it's like any other stock head unit, it's lower than an aftermarket one. Maybe that's over generalizing. But I'd rather amplify 50w instead of 20w. Anyways, I removed the stock Bose amp...

    Aftermarket head unit

Anyone have an aftermarket head unit that is not Eonon? My buddy mentioned this Atoto S8 (which is apparently popular amongst the MX-5 community) but I'm not sure if it fits in our car (2nd gen for me). I have the stock head unit going to other amps I installed and I think the sound is pretty...

Anyone use a car cover (garage)

this is what i'm doing. i figured yeah may as well try it. we'll see. it just needs to be not awful. i thought about using a king size fitted bed sheet. not sure it would fit tho. i wanted something that would hold in place. this one was only $40 so i'm not expecting the gold standard. should...

Anyone use a car cover (garage)

this is really just for a garage park situation. maybe i'll try the cheaper ones before the potential 60% hike and see how it goes.

Anyone use a car cover (garage)

I'm probably stressing over this a little too much. But I'd prefer to try a car cover while my car is stored in my garage. Aside from the dust and debris that build up on it, I'm certain some of the dings/scratches have happened whilst parked there. With 2 kids and a lot of in and out by me...

    RPF1s!!!!!!!

i have the 5mm spacers in the front. don't put too much of a spacer or your lugs aren't going to have as much bolt to bite on to. I can tell a difference even with the 5mm. to confirm i did the 17x9 +45 offset edit: oops, but of a re-statement here.

    RPF1s!!!!!!!

for what it's worth, i went with the 45s and i didn't have to roll my rears. i thought for sure i'd have to but it doesn't rub at all. i even put a new B14 bilstein coilover kit on the car and it doesn't rub. i have relieved and surprised.

    This....Doug DeMuro

funny as the guy looks a bit like and sounds like Jay Leno. he also sticks his tongue out too far when saying certain words. aside from that, a pretty decent review, especially since i'm sure he didn't know much about the finer details. i notice quite a bit of smoky exhaust when he was giving it...

RWD speed3 at the track...pretty bad ass

Okay so it doesn't have stock anything under the skin but hey, still reppin the speed3 and it looks pretty dope. I'm not mad at it.

    It's time to say goodbye...

they seem to be prioritizing luxury over anything else nowadays. initially i thought that was cool that they were upping their game and breaking new ground. now i see it's just another way to raise prices and offer seemingly boring cars that look pretty. oh well. i'll keep my clown-faced car...

Just change it all at once? I have a problem.

for a DD (which is sort of what mine is...just don't drive it very often) on the streets, the B14 + whiteline RSB has felt terriffic. that being said, i've only put 140'ish miles on them thus far. not sure if they are truly broken in yet. but i can't imagine these being stiffer. it already...

I just don’t want to ruin my tires prematurely as they were not cheap. I’ll spend $200 to save $400 in rear tires if needed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
