I just installed the damond PMM with the stiffer bushing and I noticed that when starting the engine, the PMM keeps its side nice and still, but the side with the stock mount shakes a good amount. Should I also replace the transmission mount or is the shaking normal?

I clamped it down pretty good and then tightened the screws. It works now but I'm pretty sure I won't be able to adjust it, but I don't feel like messing with it anymore anyway.

Trying to set at height shown in the pictures, the rod basically just slides with no resistance.

I just bought a short shifter from Corksport, and I am having trouble adjusting the height. The shift rod does not get fastened enough and because of this I can't push down on it to go into reverse. It was working out of the box but I tried to adjust the height a bit and now the rod won't...
