The stock intake has a lot of imbalance between the runners, so each cylinder will receive different amount of extra fueling.
I think you should stay away from the stock manifold with 6th port added.

If your AFR is stuck at 14.85 you have a bad primary o2 sensor. It is the most important sensor in your car, change it as soon as possible. Also do not drive your car until it is changed, the ecu has no idea what your afr really is, and does no compensation, that's why your stft and ltft are not...

I was worried because CS said it will not work, but I said fuck it I'll make it work somehow.
Also my engine was ready and no other 3.5" was available in under 1 week, so I pulled the trigger.

I had to remove the small bracket that holds the o2 sensor cables because the nipple at the bottom was hitting it and there was not enough clearance to connect the bpv hose. Other than that no modification was needed :)
The car is not running just yet, but I see no problem with the shifter...
I have the CST4 with the CS3" intake on the stock fuel system. I'm around 4.12V on the MAF at WOT, so I think there's some room for more air. If you daily I think you should stick to 3" as it is enough and easier to work around.
