I'm also known for identifying talent and developing pop-rock, pop, acoustic, and electronic genre artists.
The early stages of my career began at age 17 when a group of musicians approached him and asked him to manage their band, known today as Venus on Fire. I polish and developed the band’s brand, image, sound market, polished their stage performance and eventually brought them to Vans Warped Tour and Hmong Music Festival.
I was intrigued by the rapid-growing and fast-pace music industry and continued to find and develop up and coming artists. I eventually found his way into Promotions, Talent Booking, and Buying. He assisted Rose Presents (Rock the Garden, Soundset, Vans Warped Tour), Mr Chan Presents (Owl City, A Day to Remember), ARM and Greenroom (Melismatic, Sick of Sarah), in various projects.
I am also an assistant under Talent Manager, Jeff Busswell of The Suburbs, the voted band for one of the 100 Most Influential Minnesota Musical Entities of the Twentieth Century, as well as managing a up and coming pop artist, Tory Envy.
Artists I've worked with include: Ben Folds, Matt Jennings, Mason Jennings, Owl City, Wiz Kalifa, Lights, Metric, and Kat Perkins (The Voice).
