no I didn't have any clearance issues with the plate. it came with a couple of spacers to lift the one shift cable out of the way and clear everything.

i also recently got the treadstone kit. I was quite impressed with the welds and for aluminum it is quite stout, but saying that i am also aware of if im in any sort of crash dealing with the front end it will crumple. hopefully i wont find out and get banned
