    If you have a plug, just pull the second O2 sensor and see if it makes a difference. The second sensor in theory calibrates the primary sensor.

    I think it will be impossible to fix/rule out anything until you replace the O2 sensor. That bad heater cell can be the cause of your issue.

    Good to know. I was under the assumption that the MS6 and Regular 6 headlight was the same minus the electric motor in the speed and obviously HID vs Halogen.

    That is the correct o2 sensor. Chances are you old sensor had shifted and was no longer reporting the correct AFR. I would attempt to retune using the new sensor and just watch for symptoms of kr or the car running lean/rich.

    Post your MAF cal. Depending on how you did you MAF curve (excel method) you might need to zero out some of the values at the lower voltages. You can take a datalog before starting the vehicle, and watch the MAF voltage for the lowest value recorded and basically zero out anything (-0.5 volts)...
