2004 Mitsubishi OZ Rally (started at 150 hp, got it to 240 hp, the engine blew up and I sold for parts)
1988.5 (S5) Mazda RX-7 FC (swapped in a TII engine + upgraded, then sold it a few years later because rotary's sometimes suck to maintain)
1994 Nissan 300zx TT (stage 5, made ~450 rwhp using JWT parts, upgraded turbos, and an aggressive tune - totaled after getting sideswiped by a semi)

And now, my 2010 Mazdaspeed 3. Looking forward to learning a ton about the platform as I upgrade, end goal being ~400 whp by end of summer.
