Which bulbs does the rear LED lamp assembly use?

I'm in the same boat, only OEM bulbs I replaced were due to choice / swapping to LED for license plate and interior. After many years of poor visibility when reversing due to weak stock bulbs brightness and tinted windows, I put in some super bright LED 7443/7440 reverse bulbs and it made a huge...

    Lift spacers on stock suspension

Yup that's what I was thinking, easy bolt on then align. I'm thinking 30mm, hopefully there's enough adjustment. Sent from my LG-H931 using Tapatalk

    Lift spacers on stock suspension

Thank you, hmm the mazda 5 is heavier but less sporty so I'm curious how the system would feel on a lighter car. Might be similar since the springs are reacting to a heavier vehicle. I'm gonna try the spacers & alignment first but MZ5 is a backup plan if it goes south. Doing an experiment with...

    Lift spacers on stock suspension

I'm not a stanced racer boy, but I still love this car and don't have the money to buy something more appropriate for the bumpy, potholed dirt & snow-covered roads I keep finding myself on, so I've been thinking lately that I'd like to get a bit more ground clearance. I'm planning to get some...

What did you do to your ride today

Can confirm, both my bumpers, my hood and 2 of my doors are a slightly different shade of silver than the reset of my car. Sent from my LG-H918 using Tapatalk

What did you do to your ride today

Fully removed my Damond OCC and blew it out/rinsed it with B12. Holy SHIT there was literally a cup of thick sludge that wouldn't drain with gravity alone. Prob gonna do that every couple oil changes going forward. Sent from my LG-H918 using Tapatalk

How-To Install Color-Change LED Strips in Hatch w/ all Auto On/Off Functionality

Any bulb, no matter how bright, in the stock spot is just too easy to get covered up when you load up your hatch with crap. Double-sided strips all the way.

TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ THE ENTIRE THREAD!!!! Do it the right way and do it once, read over this a few times and make sure you know exactly what needs to happen in the order it needs to happen. Be sure to have this and the FSM handy for quick reference on torque specs (though I have listed a...

Great, thanks! I don't expect many people to do this but I like documenting the tedious stuff I've done for my own sake.

How-To Install Color-Change LED Strips in Hatch w/ all Auto On/Off Functionality

Couldn't figure out how to upload pics directly to this site but also embed them in-line to make the post better. Seemed like all my uploads just got bunched at the end so I left the links to my personal flickr account.

How-To Install Color-Change LED Strips in Hatch w/ all Auto On/Off Functionality

I haven't seen a legit write up for something like this in my internet travels so here goes. The project is "done" but I'll be improving the power connection soon. The pictures below only show 4 of the 15+ color combos using combination RGB LED's (and yes they're real pictures). The white is...
