My commanded boost targets / load targets are much higher than 'actual'. WGDC is at 100% (from 3k-4k rpm, and 40% at 4.5k to avoid boost spikes). On my boost table I'm targeting 21psi at 4000rpm, and 18psi at 3500rpm (on boost tune). I don't think boost/load targets are the issue here...
