Correct. This is one of the tables that was holding me up. It is called "Max Injector DC" and it's under "Fueling". If you don't increase this, the ECU will pull load. Not saying this is Justin's problem, only one of many tables that could be causing the effect he's seeing. In ATR this table is...
So let me get this straight, you're hitting 4+ volts on your MAF sensor, 35+ psi, and you're saying VT is somehow limiting your car? In what way? Calculated load is low, yes, but Justin probably scaled the MAF cal (old school way of dealing with meth/PI, "hides" airflow "used" by the aux fuel...
You probably don't need to remove any studs to get the old manifold off or new one on, other than possibly the four that are closest to the passenger side. I've also never had to remove motor mounts like someone else mentioned. You should loosen the downpipe and disconnect the intake and tighten...
Why not just have a used good block bored/decked and reuse the crank, rods, and pistons as-is and reinstall with some CS cams? That might be a nice compromise that could get you close to your original goal using off the shelf parts.

Fall dragon camp will be October 10-13 in Robbinsville, NC. No agenda or specifics planned at the moment, but seems like most of us will be...
I've never found a laser iridium plug that said that it fit our cars. I'm not finding anything of the sort with this one, either. The problem with a lot of these random plugs is that even if they appear to fit and are the same size and thread pitch, sometimes they can be slightly shorter/longer...
I'm not sure how replacing the dash would affect this unless they had to remove the windshield. The light sensor should be the same thing as the rain sensor as far as I know.
Jam a coathanger up the hole to dislodge whatever is stuck in there once you find it. Also, replace your cabin air filter. It's probably not doing its job if that line got clogged.
Yep, those would work. All of the generic lowering springs on this platform are about the same, except I think Eibachs which drop the car lower and are softer.
That's not the best deal in the world but not the worst either. The good thing is that the shock condition (being used, who knows)...
