    It depends.. You can inspect for wear.. generally by 100k miles your axles will have enough wear to consider rebuilding, or buying new... Doing a major hp build... I'd say it's better to replace/upgrade as part of preventative maintenance

    2 possible problems... 1) a leak between the throttle body and turbo... With the top mount intercooler I doubt you are plugging the throttle body and smoke testing the system to build a bit of pressure to see this..(edit) Looking back at the data you posted.. Your MAF g/s looks high for the TPS...

    I wonder if its a case of early attempts to build a better valve weren't that great but it might need to be revisited... The Audi/VW world has blown up when it comes to tuning and upgrades.. I've had the pleasure of working on and driving the CTS Turbo Golf R development car..
