Make sure your MAF is plugged in well. To me that sounds like a vacuum leak, and/or un-metered air. Air entering the system after the MAF, and messing up how much fuel needs to be delivered. seems like it is also intermittent, you might get lucky and find it by letting the car idle and listen...
