The gold one looks like it's still in pretty good shape. My cousin has a 240Z that he's been restoring...It's gone from a 1000 dollar car to a 10,000+ dollar car in about 5 years (mostly sweat equity). Good choice for a project! They're getting harder and harder to find.

The MSP has never been much of a quarter miler. More of a cone killer, IMO. :) I've never launched the car like that, and never had any kind of problem with the differential. It's hard to think about changing the dif when it's been trouble free for 70k+ miles.

Stock everything. We never had any issues with the dif, but we've also never turned up the boost. Hmm, I still like the way it looks and it runs really well. The only thing really wrong with it is I've had it for so long that it's getting...like stale, or something. I want something else, but...

I'm not selling it (yet), but I swear I've seen a bump up in MSP prices lately and it got me wondering. I saw one on my local craigslist for $6500, but it had some ugly mods and about twice the mileage as mine. 2003.5 yellow MSP. Never modded, under 75K miles. Runs perfectly, and has NO issues...

It looks great for about 6 months or so, then you gotta redo it. I wish that protectant lasted longer! I've cleaned up the MSP headlights about a half-dozen times. It's about time for another round, actually. Nice work/how-to!

I went to the dark forum style and I can see everything fine. Heads up though...maybe the yellow is a little bright.

I can't read em. Not enough contrast between fluorescent yellow and the white background. I mean if I put in a little effort I can, but they don't jump off the page like every other color. Maybe all the dabs have killed that color on my corneas or something. Am I the only person with this issue?

Genpoo + 16k = craigslist for an EVO or STi...IF you still need/want a compact. Screw ruining the resale value of the car I already bought to gamble with a shade-tree company. Not when an EVO9 MR costs under what the swap would run me.
