Fuel rail pressure sensor reading 0 volts at all times.

Fuel rail pressure sensor reading 0 volts at all times.

I took my intake manifold off to get the pressure sensor out to change it and i noticed there is oil covering the hold down for injector 2 and the wire harness connector for injector 2 as well as the injector connector for #3. It looks like maybe the pcv plate is not sealing and venting crank...

Fuel rail pressure sensor reading 0 volts at all times.

The issue just started suddenly last sunday right before i replaced the turbo. im getting a CEL for a cyl 3 misfire and i can hear little pops at idle like its rich and creating an afterfire when the extra gas hits the exhaust. Tune has been completed since before the issue arose. Nothing was changed during the tune other than failed parts.

Fuel rail pressure sensor reading 0 volts at all times.

Anyone know why my fuel rail pressure sensor would be reading 0 volts at all times? Im about to tear it appart and see if something is wrong today just wondering if this is abnormal because everything i read says the voltage should vary. I was having some problems with high positive fuel trims...

high LTFT misfire on cyl 3 and lean at WOT

They were in that order. #2 was the lowest cylinder. I just plugged the intake manifold hole and let the pcv vent to atmosphere and the fuel trims immediately started changing. Now im back to where i was before all this with the ltft at +10 because my MAF was dirty during the tune and i added a...

high LTFT misfire on cyl 3 and lean at WOT

compression test was 175 150 165 170 i just realized while i was tuning this last time my occ line to the intake manifold was kinked and not allowing the manifold to draw air from it. and just before this all started i un-kinked it. then today i deleted the occ completely to eliminate any...

high LTFT misfire on cyl 3 and lean at WOT

Okay so im dealing with a slightly lean condition and a cylinder 3 misfire right now. Ive ruled out it being the new turbo i installed because i flagged the misfire the day before the install i have checked every air orifice before the turbo and after the TB and i took them off and reinstalled...

Is it my turbo? wastegate? or something else.

okay so this might get long winded but in short im hyper conscious of the health of my engine and im noticing things in my logs while re tuning for a different setup that dont make sense to me and im just looking for clarification and making speculation based on research that i have done myself...

    Longer turbo stud

I have no idea. It dosnt need to be longer for any reason i can see. The aftermarket and stock dp flanges dont have a thicker part on that hole so to me it makes no sense.
