    Ill get one if it comes to that. The only line that hasn't been replaced is the one from the turbo housing to the wastegste. I'll get that 1 tomorrow.

    Maybe there's not 1 in the new turbo and without it there's so much pressure it's keeping the solenoid open all the time?

    I'll give that a try quick. Another thought. I see this restrictor or something in the factory turbo barb going to the wastegate. Any chance there's not 1 in the new turbo and that's causing issues?

    Yes. I guess it was blowing through the ebcs through the turbo housing back into the intake until I gave it 12 v

    Yes. Feeding air into what would have been on the intake . The air cake out of the intake until I gave it 12v. Then it went somewhere else when I activated the switch

    Ok so it did change the sound of the air. I guess going. Through the system instead in the intake but the actuator arm did not move

    When I send 30psi into the line I can hear it coming out of my intake. Wastegate dosnt move. That's when I blow air into the intake side of the line that's goes from the ebcs to the intake.

    I've got a little one on the way. Whatever happend. Happend during the turbo swap. Lol just can't pin it down. Lol

    I said I'm appreciative of the help thus far and have been trying to follow along and try what you suggest. I'll source a compressor tomorrow , mine is broken. New vacuum lines also. I also just though of this. I had to cut one of the DP studs when I took it apart. Any chance I knocked a bunch...

    Also just thought of something else. .. I had to cut 1 DP stud with a Sawzall. Any chance I loosened up am bunch of rust/carbon build up and or shavings causing issues in the converter?

    Guess I'm going to swap the dp see if that helps. I doubt it. And replace those vacuum lines

    Is there a possibility I have an electrical issue with the ebcs ? How could I test this?

    I've read it probably 41 times. I was referencing other diagrams. Not specific to ms3

    It has to be something dumb that I'm missing. No leaks, new ebcs same vacuum lines checked for cracks that I was using before.

    Pulled them and looked for cracks. Looks fine. Couldn't find anything to swap with it yet both of those hoses are really short. Maybe the brand new turbo is junk???lol Shouldn't a boost source be going into the ebcs closest to the connector? Mine has a line off of the top of the wastegate.
