Bro, I miss you. If you want help tuning it lmk. I also have been doing adult things and it is fulfilling in a different way. Here are the latest tuning tools we worked on in 2021. They seemed to work great for me but use at your own risk. The first one lets you import your logs and creates a mafcal. Second one lets you input your injector sizes etc for PI and calculates MAF plus R4 Table.

How To: Mazdaspeed 3/Mazdaspeed 6/CX-7 VVT The Roku Way

I used the ARP bolt for this very reason. It is not TTY and can be removed and used again. It has tq specs that for me were just easier. It was also cheaper but you need a 12pt socket for it. Bolt https://arp-bolts.com/kits/arpkit-detail.php?RecordID=1659 Instructions...

How To: Mazdaspeed 3/Mazdaspeed 6/CX-7 VVT The Roku Way

I also have a thread on timing if that helps. Usually the more info the better. https://mazdaspeeds.org/index.php?threads/timing-the-mzr-disi.8722/ It seems more confusing than it is. This video also helped me a lot.

    Endgame setup- BW s257sxe

Regulators that support carb and FI do a poor job at both. I had an aerormotive and the return orifice is too large so it would surge if you set it up for FI. This would cause the return line to rattle and pressure would regulate but bounce a few psi. It was not smooth as the out flow was too...

Yes, works great. I used it when I had a leak on a trans pan. It kept it sealed for a few years until I replaced the gasket.
