If the tune was made prior the the Cobb green speed update, it probably has the codes disabled. Only new tune files cannot disable codes

The decel fuel cut table is not exposed in the Cobb software for emissions reasons. So no Burbles. You can rape the ignition timing tables for pops and bangs on decel , but you'll burn up exhaust valves and they sound terrible.
