Fun process huh? I know Ive told you this already, but just for the sake of anyone reading this. Make sure you have that head cleaned and cleaned well. Any little bits that get into your valve guides can really eff things up

Actuators take a shit ton of current. Do they work when the car is running? You might have a weak battery.

you dont have to drop the tank, you can get at it from under the back seat if you go at it with a bit of tin snips.

Fuel pressure out of the tank should be about ~65 psi. You might need to check/replace your intank regulator. (which sucks, sorry)

Curious to see the full on track results. Look like a decent set of coils. Do they have dynos for them at all? (I havent looked)

Are you going to put it in a box? typically you want to vent them to the outside due to the poisonous gas they put off....

A ported manifold will limit you a ton. Not sure you can make your 500 goal on that with a S4 pushing the air.
