    What IM are you using again? ST? And the dead head system is fine, I ran one and its ok, but it can limit you for sure. Granted your turbo and other things might limit you first.

    probably want to move that regulator or at least build a mount for it. I have heard of peoples snapping off the fittings (they arent designed to support a part like that) Yes I know others have done it this way, but if that fails, you now have fuel all over a hot engine, let me tell you how...

    Really automotive based, not a ton. You could make your self a fancy valve cover or Ive seen people polish out the HPFP housing and other stuff. But I have to imagine it gets dirty fast. We have electro polishing done here at work all the time for the large vacuum chambers we build sometimes.

    removing that much material off of fuel pump internals would probably cause major issues. taking .005" off would really throw the tolerances way out Im betting.
