The pan should go back on with a mallet. When I did a bsd on my ‘10 a few years back. I didn’t have to loosen anything else. Just popped it back in. Also threw a Fumoto valve on as well and never had to worry about taking the drain plug out. Ran that setup for years.

Look so like it’s all coming along @gotovato. Are you running a thermostat in-line with the oil cooler? I ran an oil cooler for a few years and with a tmic was able to route the lines out to the fender and around the front. Looks like you fmic plumbing would be in the way for that though.

So it’s looks like the seat bracket should clear eye bolts easily. I confirmed the stock pitch at M10-1.25. The eye bolts I have are M10-1.50. Attached a few pics for reference. Stock bolt Eye bolt with plenty of space.
