Mazdaspeed Front seat bolt size and thread pitch

I believe the thread pitch for the seat bolts is M10-1.25. The length is up to you. After the threads the hole goes down more than a few inches. So you can go longer than an inch. Check out the thread on here about seat bracket mounted fire extinguishers. Folks had to go with a different...

I hear ya. They put some sort of liquid down in wisco instead of rock salt. Much more far reaching than rock salt. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    2009 MS3 Roof Rack Installation

If you really want roof rails with removable caps you might want to check out Tasca auto parts. Looks like they have roof rails with and without a carrier, which I’m assuming is for a roof rack. Tbh, you might want to just pay what the local dealer is offering. Shipping would be a mother on...

White is literally the best color of the speed6. Those wheels are kind of dope too.

    2009 MS3 Roof Rack Installation

The 2010-2013 speed3’s are called genpu’s. They have roof rails with removable tabs. Not sure if they would fit a 2009. The parts are available thru the website above.

    2009 MS3 Roof Rack Installation

I thought drilling was the only option or genjuans. Thankfully, the genpus have little tabs on the roof rail that when removed expose the fixed points.

    VoodooShark's V2 Buttz Build

Yeah, I read up on the swap process and figured why not since I have a 2010. Maybe in the spring.

    VoodooShark's V2 Buttz Build

Gotchya, I saw the price and figured they were ready to go. One day I’ll snag a set of genjuan seats. I slide around too much in the 2010 seats.

Penguin Mobile: "Jesus Built my Hotrod"

I hear ya. I try to learn from other people’s mistakes. And I’m in the same boat, granted I don’t have the upgrades you have I do not miss car payments. I’m content with my ETS. Also, when I bought my genpu I was living in Chicago and street parking a fair amount. Seen enough people bouncing...

Penguin Mobile: "Jesus Built my Hotrod"

Welcome back to the top mount life. I never went fmic and don’t plan to. Seems like every meet I go to someone has a problem with a coupler coming off or an overheating issue or an engine lets go. So fmic was never on my radar. So is the plan to replace all lost radiator panels, keep tmic...

Bent control arms on my right side

I got verification from the other site for fitment before buying the 500209. I’m not a huge fan of Moog’s quality control but didn’t feel like buying new arms. I’m not confident the Moog arms have stiffer bushings like the oem arms. The bolt it comes with didn’t feel right when I installed it...
