What kind of BCS setup are you using? Are you using the stock restrictor pill with bleed mode? I should have ported the wastegate on my current K04 before installing it. Also make sure to rule out PCV problems. Make sure all your check valves and lines are clean and working. It's also possibly the turbo itself. When we pulled my original K04, it was leaking liquid oil out of both the intake and exhaust sides.

Muscle cars suck. For real, you need a better backup car than that thing. Look around for used 90's or early 2000's Civics or Corollas (except 98-2002 Corollas) or something along those lines with a 5-speed. You can probably get a good, clean example for around $1500 or maybe even a little less.

We do. I used synthetic in mine, figured I probably wouldn't need to change it again that way, at least until my sketchy pump gives out.
