Nah that's not from shrinkage. I'll just bump the hole spacing out a bit. The holes are already free fit clearance holes for an M6 so they're 7mm. Just making the holes larger means there is higher misalignment between the bores on the mani/spacer/TB.

Damn. You should consider building a quick enclosure for it. We've got ultimakers at school and they are able to retain their heat pretty well.

The controller is meant to be weather proof an live in an engine bay. It's not hot where you've got it so you're fine if you don't wrap the pipe.
