I just want everyone to know I spit out my beer reading this thread and I thank you all.

A stock 2.5 can make roughly the same power stock for stock as a 2.3l if you take it easy, but they are a bit more fragile in our application. There really is not much benefit besides being cheap over a 2.3l. I have yet to see a high HP 2.5 in our application with Dyno sheets to back it up...

Did you recently replace the MAF?

Finally got the engine out of the car. Now comes the time to pick all the odds and ends off of the shell and get it the fuck out of my storage unit, and clean everything up. Will most likely be posting up a few parts here and there that i'm going to be upgrading. Probably taking a little break...
