    Replacement Filter for Corksport intake

My CS filter got shredded, presumably from the unit hitting the hood under acceleration, so I went to AutoZone and bought a generic fabric/mesh cone filter, slapped it on and I have been good to go for over a year. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Need Motor Mount Suggestions for Stop/Go Traffic

So, after some trial and error, I finally settled on: CS Stage 2 for RMM; Sure Motorsports for PMM and stock TMM with the CS insert. I tried the Damond PMM but after lowering it there was just too much NVH for even occasional use. Now, things are really firmed up, as 3 track days have...

What did you do to your ride today

I've had the setup for a few months. I had my tech guy remove the strut tower bar and soften the ride up quite a bit. It was too harsh, expansion strips were almost painful. Now it is awesome. Definitely stiffer than OEM but also smoother. I haven't autocrossed it yet so don't know. Since...

Sweet ride. I’m glad to know that we “mature adults” still love the sound and feel of a nice car! ZOOM-SOOM!

What did you do to your ride today

I had a Powerstop disc and pad brakes installed. I purchased the zinc covered slotted and drilled rotors and ceramic pads. Nice bite, looks awesome and NO BRAKE DUST! After years of scrubbing brake dust off the wheels, this is wonderful. I also purchased a set of metal caliper covers painted...

    Old guy got a Speed!

Thanks for your comments. I have the CS Stage 2 RMM already, as stated above. I also have the CS TMM insert. I went back to stock PMM after having a Damond unit there. When I had the CS spring/shock/strut package installed, the NVH was way more than I wanted to deal with on a daily driver...

    Old guy got a Speed!

Thanks for the comments about tuning with AP. I took your advice and got it tuned by Eric at Dizzy Tuning. I have his basic 91 octane tune, and need to run my logs for him so he can fine tune it. I am already happy with the power and mileage too. Did I comment on the CorkSport Stage 2 RMM...

What did you do to your ride today

I've been making a few mods in rapid succession lately, and I also added the new tune today as well. Whatever I share is seat of the pants impression, which isn't worth much but my car is just hauling and is so smooth in all of the operations. That sounds like a Pastor talking, I know, but...

    72mm Throttle Body...and it works

I got mine installed today. the throttle body, not the manifold.

What did you do to your ride today

I got the new CS throttle body installed, along with replacing the rear anti-sway bar thingies that hold the sway bar to the frame. Also installed the new tune I got from Eric at Dizzy/Drama Tuning. I'm going to run logs for them tomorrow..

What did you do to your ride today

I didn’t have to uninstall it....I just noticed that with all of the changes I was making, I wanted to finish the “mod streak” and then reinstall it. I am trying to get the Corksport OTS map but there is an issue with the website. I will likely just go ahead and reinstall the Accessport Cobb...

    Installed CorkSport preassembled springs/struts/camber plates

I have noticed some rattling in the right front suspension, so last time I had it over at Cardinale Way Mazda, I asked my super tech Drew what it was. He pointed out to me that the preassembled CorkSport springs and struts I bought a couple of months ago were really compressed and at rest the...

What did you do to your ride today

I drove my CX-9 about 400 miles to my weekend assigned church about 3 hours one way. !Now that I have the oil catch can set up in place, and the new CS throttle body arrived (Thanks Brett and Luke). As soon as the dealer has the rear anti-sway bar links in stock, I will take the Speeder to...

    Installed CorkSport preassembled springs/struts/camber plates

I ended up putting Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 at the 235/40R 18 to get a little more sidewall and there is plenty of room...in fact it looks like there is actually more space between tire and fender.
