Went ahead and ordered the actuator. So I am going to go ahead as use Deacon 8875 for my sealant for the threads and then swap out the actuator before I slap the turbo back on. Really hope this fixes my issue.

I shortened the studs on the front wheels via angle grinder and put on 15mm spacers up front and 5mm spacers in the rear. Not as much poke as I thought i was going to have. Love them.
