If this happens every time for you, sounds like you have the exact opposite problem as me. I'm not sure exactly what it is but either a valve in the tank or the evap system is supposed to stop the gas pump when enough pressure builds. If I ever find out my problem, I'll let you know.

Looks great. I'll try and add the info for the one I'm using, I have the MAF size and all. Never mind, you have the HPS SRI listed. Btw in case you want to add, the pipe and maf size is stock, I actually measured it at 67mm. The stock number is 27-601. Comes with kn filter and bolted right in.

I don't understand what your asking? If the pipe connection broke at the catback then it'll be loud.

Update. Different gas pump resulted in same thing, except gas overflowing under car. Had to quit pumping. Will address this weekend and hopefully have a fix to post for others.

Never heard of it. Don't see vacuum either which may have been the boost monitoring. Without that, should be a no go.

This works for gen 1 as well. I did a few times. Look up the specs of the Honda fluid and compare against dextron 4. Read multiple times the owner manual calls for dextron type ATF in the mazdaspeed.
