Yep that's normal behavior, I think what's going on sounds very much like a funky temperature sensor or wiring issues. Another thought, how's your coolant levels? Air in the cooling system can wreak havoc on temp sensors. If a thermostat fails open, it takes forever to heat up and temps will...

Looks like pressure is leaking into the chra. Probably somewhat normal for a journal bearing turbo with no oil pressure. I'll have to check that spot next time I run a boost leak test Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Something seems wrong with your map sensor as it should read pretty close to 0 when the engine is off. Do you have an aftermarket map sensor that maybe your tuner doesn't know about?
