@Sho interesting. Thanks for the info. I'm assuming it's the increase In air volume that requires you to have those tables to be adjusted? I'm going to look into the cx9 TB kmac was using at one point as well.

    It's also a 340lph pump. Not 320

Correct The assembled photo with the whole pump laying on its side is with the AEM pump installed into it.

I may be looking into just grabbing this TB myself as it matches the inlet size of the IM. A bit of update - ITFP pulled. (Btw an old bad PRV makes a perfect plug for that feed line lol) Installed the AEM 340 pump. fit perfect as I thought it would. Want to utilize the retention cap so will...

I'd have to make an adapter plate anyways. I'm not spending 350$ on a TB. This TB was 60$ on rockauto and is 70mm. PnP doesnt really bother me either as I'll make everything PnP myself.

More than enough. Thank you. If that's a matching Mazda bolt pattern to the OEM speed TB then I'm an idiot and could have answered this myself lol. The only measurement that matches is the cross hatch/diamtere measurement. I can push the calipers down to the sizes you have from that and they...

@JohnnyTightlips when and if you ever get a chance. No rush. Can you mic or measure the bolt pattern on that TB? The mustang one I got is 2.5"x3.1"ish the Manifold is 2.5"x2.9"ish. I'm on 4 hours of sleep in the last 3 days and couldn't keep the calipers steady but it 100% doesnt fit.

The TB I picked up is a 6cyl ecoboost TB. Almost identical to the speed TB just 10mm larger lol. Well see. Maybe I'll grab one of those TBs as well, get it setup and then just bring it with me when it's time to slap it on the dyno. Swap it out and see if it makes any difference which would...

SOB. This is the throttle body I've been in search of. Lmao. It was known that he used a Chrysler or Buick TB at one point but I couldn't find it. The opening on the TB flange is actually 75mm and that TB makes perfect sense.

There's quite a few EFI regulators that are block style regulators It utilizes the bottom port and and has two outlet ports with one plugged. As opposed to a bypass regulator with a return. If you search the two there's alot of good info on the differences of both.

Correct, return less system. He had it bench tested and it flowed rather well. I'll have to dig back into his thread on MSF again. I believe your right with the chopped flange. It's all aluminum that's for sure. The trick has been finding a TB to use since he changed through a couple different...

It's some pretty pricey stuff a buddy of mine got from his race team. They did the entire engine bay and entire trans tunnel on thier BMW. Got it In a 10' roll. It's a 2 or 3 layer fiber glass insulated mat. I dont know of the numbers/name off the top of my head or if there is anything on the...

Ask away, I have no quams with anything. Whether its negative, positive or requests for knowledge lol. I may not be a "gear head" by the forums terms (yet) but I know my way around a thing or two lol. Forgot some photos of the Kmac IM. Have some more when he had it installed. Have to dig them up.

Things are happening. All fittings are in. Fuel dist. Block and QD fitting fit together as I had planned. AEM ITFP. Ordered at 7am on Prime and Was on my doorstep my 1230pm. Lol This setup could be made much simpler by just quick tapping the feed at the HPFP and running it to the rail. But...

I've actually been doing a bit of research. I'm going to get it in the sake of knowledge anyways but it appears the AEM 50-1215 pump are all the same dimensions +/- a few MM from stock. I'm gonna grab one this week. I've also been made aware that the "Aeromotive 325" is a direct replacement as...

Small update. Was hoping Radium would have a BF sale to pick up the unit with built in regulator. They did not nor have they since 2015 so I've decided to change things up. Old plan was Stock feed>QD fitting at HPFP>tapped over to Surge tank> surge tank to regulator. New plans. Plans to...

    Air Lift anti-squat airbags

If and when I do take the Mazda outside it's usually only to give it the sauce lol. It's a weekend warrior now. I keep them aired any time I drive it with the urban environment and terrible roads my wheels will go through the wheel wells without them. In sure they've saved and prolonged the life...

    Air Lift anti-squat airbags

Depending on how much pressure you put in. It will raise up a little bit. I put both bags at around 30psi and it does lift the rear about half an inch. But it significantly stiffens the rear. I need as much as I can with 8.5" +35 wheels and 245/45 nt05s if I dont air the bags I slightly rub even...
