Always something with these MS3's. I've had the thought I could've gotten another stock engine MS3 and run it ragged for the same cost (without the headache) of having mine rebuilt. I had 163k on my stock motor. I see them on craigslist for 8k pretty often.

I don't think it's been too humid lately. When it rains, definitely, but it's been more a dry heat. But still crazy hot if you're in the sun nonetheless. If you can get a good sweat going it's not bad.

Do you have a 4 bar map sensor? I remember when I hooked up my wastegate wrong it boosted to the sky, pegged at like 28.5 psi or something, but likely much higher. Car drove fine for a good while afterwards. Builder said that all of my rod bearings were tore up, and my exhaust valves were cooked.
