    '06 MS6 Stock Block testing (6266 + PI LOL)

Wow. Very clean! I usually don’t like those wheels on speeds but that combo actually works

    Lower HPFP Pressure at idle

I figured as much haha. I was being safe since this idle pressure had me wondering if something was up. Plus in case of a warranty claim I’d like to be able to say I followed their instructions. Wot logs incoming once I’m off work

    Lower HPFP Pressure at idle

Okay good to hear. I’m still in the 100 mile break in period so I haven’t done any wot pulls yet.

    Lower HPFP Pressure at idle

Idle pressure has dropped to around 415ish average after replacing O-rings and a new set of corksport internals. I’ve checked for leaks and made sure everything was torqued properly. This issue hasn’t come up the past couple times I’ve taken it apart and cleaned everything. Is this anything to...

    700whp+ 6466 Build

The new owner bought it based on just pictures/video and whatever info kj gave him is what it seems like. So that’s already a mistake. Never even saw it in person. However, who knows what he was told regarding the condition of the car. Either way it’s not a good look for the seller. I’m curious...

    HPFP reads 0v

I had a considered that but have also seen threads where people claim that they get anywhere from 1v-5v so I assumed something was up. If it is normal then I’m back to wondering what the u2064 code is

    HPFP reads 0v

After a random u2064 code popped up a while back I decided to start looking through different monitors on my ap and noticed that I had 0 voltage to the hpfp sensor. The code went away on its own and has since not come back. However, sometimes on cold starts after a few seconds when the rpms have...

    Electropolishing

Well the process we do does not actually plate anything. But it does create a chrome look depending on the type of material and how nice the finish is before the process. I would think that it would help with the effects of a salty environment. I’ll probably be testing it on some hardware on my...

    Electropolishing

I haven’t decided yet. It’s ideal for things like springs, bolts, or tubing that are in constant contact with viscous/gummy or corrosive fluids and gasses. I imagined it applying well to fuel pump internals when running e85. I just don’t know if I want to throw down $300 just to see an outcome...

    Electropolishing

Basically the process removes free irons and impurity’s from metal in order to prevent wear and corrosion. It also minimizes peaks and pitting that our eyes can’t necessarily see

    Electropolishing

My job has an electropoloishing and passivation department along with a few other stainless steel purifying processes and while it’s slow, I want to tinker lol. My question is, has anyone ever tried anything like this to prevent corrosion and overall cleanliness of certain parts? I imagine...

What did you do to your ride today

Damn, I wish I would have known about that before I bought the gates brand. I sat with a pipe wrench for about 30 minutes trying to get ahold of the stripped oem bolt. Ended up grabbing a jack and a 2x4 to push up and relieve the tension. Way easier than I though it would be

    Broken injector seals

I would suggest just pulling the trigger on the o-rings and grommets while you're in there. It's a dumb expense for those o-rings but worth the piece of mind in my opinion
