Actuators take a shit ton of current. Do they work when the car is running? You might have a weak battery.

you dont have to drop the tank, you can get at it from under the back seat if you go at it with a bit of tin snips.

Fuel pressure out of the tank should be about ~65 psi. You might need to check/replace your intank regulator. (which sucks, sorry)

Curious to see the full on track results. Look like a decent set of coils. Do they have dynos for them at all? (I havent looked)

Are you going to put it in a box? typically you want to vent them to the outside due to the poisonous gas they put off....

A ported manifold will limit you a ton. Not sure you can make your 500 goal on that with a S4 pushing the air.

What IM are you using again? ST? And the dead head system is fine, I ran one and its ok, but it can limit you for sure. Granted your turbo and other things might limit you first.
