Well I applied to fortune auto my coilover brand for a sponsorship and it looks like they’ve accepted. Decals are being sent next week. Discount has been offered on rebuild/upgrade of my current Coilovers. This is sick lol. I’m a nobody but sponsorships help!! Even if it’s just a discount...

Broken This thing must’ve been hanging on for dear life for a while cause yea. It’s very broken lol. YouTube made the job seem impossible. Special tools required and what not. I was stressing about it but ended up being no more than 20-30 minutes in and out. Not a big deal. I did rotate...

Like nothing happened I call it the 2 foot fix. From 2 feet away it’s perfect. Any closer…yaya it’s a beat up civic leave me alone More than anything it’s symmetrical to the otherside and that’s what counts lol

Picked up a mint clutch pedal lastnight for $60. Also picked up the reinforcement brace thingy to avoid this issue in the future. Still pissed about the front end though. That’s gonna be a real pain in my ass

This is how the day finished up. Did a lot of logs, different maps. Tuner found some power everywhere. red and blue were 2 maps back to back. Same road. Same starting point. Same direction. Clearly the red one saw some torque spike or something weird but I can confidently say I’m probably...

Today map in red vs last weeks in blue. Logged back to back. Same road. Same direction. Same starting point. My logs are always as consistent as humanly possible. That 7ftlbs of torque feels amazing. I know it’s not much but for NA where all he modified was most likely vtc, that’s huge. Feels...

lol I’m having the opposite issue. The ecu ISNT seeing enough knock signal. It’s actually like “yo. Wtf. Why we not hearing anything from the knock sensor? Throw code”. it’s the opposite problem. My car typically has a very very loud knock signal. Always noisy but now it’s very quiet. I can...

Messed around with the harness a bit. disconnected a few parts then reseated. also tested continuity from the ECU to the knock sensor and it is strong. no issues here. Plugged everything back in since i couldnt find any issues. Went for another test drive. Same route as last time. The check...

It doesn’t go into limp mode which is nice. Seems to drive fine

Keep getting a cel for knock sensor not working. Swapped the sensor. Went for a drive. Code came back after a while again. I checked continuity from ecu side harness, directly to the knock sensor. Continuity seems strong. Wiggled the harness around and still it was solid. I unplugged some...

Did my first wot log. Using last years stock engine tune this setup seems to make the exact same whp or even slightly higher. It’s 99f out here so it’s not cool. This is workable though. I can live with it lol. It feels good enough for the rest of this season anyways long as it holds together

This is a good idea. I’ve never used that product. Usually a trip to the track and giving the engine the beans really cleans it out. The oil I just drained was fresh on Friday. I put MAYBE 15 miles on it plus 30-40 min of idle time while bleeding the coolant. That oil came out black as hell...

On the civic you can see it in some of my videos. It’s just buries itself and just stays pegged at 9000 lol Took the car for a quick drive right now. It definitely works! It’s missing some power but past 5500rpm it’s not terrible actually. Better than expected. Had knock sensor code after my...

Love using the whole tach. It’s very satisfying when the needle stops but you’re still accelerating

350 wheel torque should be no problem on those rods. Besides, you don’t need retard torque when you have rpm. People still don’t know that lol edit: I should say you don’t need retard torque when you can carry that torque to any half decent rpm

600whp is probably doable if torque is kept in check. Even turbo k20’s don’t make much torque though lol not compared to the Mazdas anyways

BC offers titanium rods and so does Saenz but yea they’re dumb money and titanium is cycle limited so depending on mileage or hours you gotta time them out and replace. Maybe not a big deal for a race only car I guess. These are BC’s “light weight” rods. They also have a mid weight rod and...

They don’t look like much. Tiny little rods. Still rated at 200hp per hole though. I weighed each rod. They are bang on 388grams each. Impressive consistency. From what I’ve seen on YouTube Manley rods ship with 2+ grams weight difference per rod. The finish quality is really nice here too...

Rods have arrived. That was super quick. Big props to BC. They have earned some serious respect from me. I will definitely promote them to others. They even included a small tub of arp lube for assembly. Don’t nobody include arp lube. Usually you gotta reuse the shit that comes with your head...
