    StreetSpeed’s DD 500+ MS6 Build

Get yourself a boot clamp tool. Index mark your shaft before you remove it from the diff so you can orientate it during install. CVs are easy to disassemble, just make sure you take it apart and put everything back together exactly...exactly the way it came apart. Parts have to face the same...

I think hes referring to the cam buckets. If so, they 100% need to be in the right spot to make the build much easier. However, it can be made right it just takes some work. <<Here>> is JTs write up on the process of installing them if you need help understanding. Good Luck

^--x2 My Damond catch can cured the buildup of oil that would regularly dribble out of my intercooler if I left it propped up on the bench. I dont get much if anything anymore. OP, you have covered most of what this car can catch you up on. I too had some rear antenna and door wiring pin...

    Disabling cold start?

Consider getting your injectors cleaned if they are due and reinstalled with some good seals. Hard to say, "Years ago" is a pretty big spread. If the problem is resolved, then you need to decide if its worth digging into or just a coincidence. As with anything electrical start with the...

    Disabling cold start?

Yes, high or low resistance can wreak havok on the coil (in the injector). Voltage spikes also can affect its performance. Variances over time will cause issues with any electrical circuit, especially if it isnt engineered to handle them. That is why a good injector service shop will check...

Why cant to PI & TMIC?

What I have concluded is the corksport intake has added material above the intake/head face to facilitate machining for the PI injector bosses. Damonds adapter plate has the same. Unfortunately the added material plus the 34mm of the shortest injector isnt small enough to allow the use of TMIC...

CS Intake mani - Port injection w/ TMIC

Thats too bad, I think most people generally run the ID1050Xs at 48mm, I was hoping a set of 34mm would free up enough real estate. Damn!

CS Intake mani - Port injection w/ TMIC

What injector length is that rail setup for? 34 or 48mm? Perhaps the extra bosses CS had to add to have material to machine for the port injectors is eating up too much real estate.

[SOLVED] MS6 PCM Not sending ground to OCVOCV

Is this a new OCV? Are you testing for continuity with components disconnected or connected? (OCV & PCM) Do you have 12V to both pins at the OCV connector with the PCM disconnected? Did you read the thread @L337TurboZ wrote about electrical diagnostics? I think you should read his thread. Did...

[SOLVED] MS6 PCM Not sending ground to OCVOCV

With the OCV connector disconnected... One pin should have 12V and have continuity with the fuse ENG BAR 15A. (Test continuity with fuse removed) The other pin should have continuity with the PCM pin 4S. If you need some help with electrical diagnosing, <<THIS>> thread would be good. It would...
