    Transfer case leak ... where?

Welcome to the forum. You might have a leak where the transfer case fits to the transmission output. If you remove the transfer case, sometimes you can clean up the surface where it meets and reassemble...if you are lucky. However, if the trasfer case is leaking itself, there are not gaskets to...

    Building for the road course...again

Fast in the corners takes money & talent...fast on the straight takes money & more money, lol I love 911s. But Im the guy who will put a roll cage in it and paint it flat black. Most Porsche buyers think of it as an expensive suit..."it makes them look good!". I prefer to think of it as...

    Are you sitting comfortably? build

Ive done absolutely nothing with the Speed6 except carry all the fun goodies around in the trunk. The car gets driven about once a week to work and back just so it dosent sit. The lack of garage has severely decompressed my energy to invest time. I feel like a such a sloth and looking at the...

    Building for the road course...again

Alternator shops use a solder with a higher melting temp compared to whats used in standard electronics. See if one of them could help get a better connection.

    Possible diagnosis?

I purchased a rebuild kit from mazda. Easy to do. Dont think I actually needed it at the time, but if yours is leaking...its time.

    Possible diagnosis?

I would pull the clutch pedal bracket out and check for cracks. I didnt have the exact same issues, but some similarities. I also ended up with the Fidanza/Luk combo. I also found that I had to bleed the system to the connection where the flex line meets the hardline below the fuse panel then...

    Building for the road course...again

You look like you are performing better. You arent crossing your arms in the corners like in the vids from way back. You also look more relaxed or composed in the seat, which goes along way to make the car properly fast!

    [SOLVED] P0301 error fuel issue?

Both tests appear to be an improvement. Did you read the troubleshooting blog? It will help you understand how the system works. You still arent running up to about 1850psi and the drop in the second test is weird. You are on the right track, but the HPFP service could be next on your list...

    [SOLVED] P0301 error fuel issue?

Try an "OEM" PRV. One thing to remember, HPFP pressure is not directly related to engine RPM. You can't diagnose much based on RPM with this design. Provided you got a proper PRV test, yours could be faulty. Something else to consider as well would be a rebuild for the HPFP if you dont know...

    [SOLVED] P0301 error fuel issue?

Based on those numbers your PRV could be bad or you didnt get a good test. 800's is really low. Not sure if 5 min of idle is good enough to get good and hot.

    [SOLVED] P0301 error fuel issue?

You did a relief valve test and your pressure maxed at 883psi? And the engine was hot?

    [SOLVED] P0301 error fuel issue?

To start, perhaps you might try a PRV test like <<this>> ...to verify the PRV is maintaining fuel pressure in the fuel rail, plus it cost nothing. The key is to do it while the engine is good and hot.

    [SOLVED] P0301 error fuel issue?

The pressure will build and drop based many variables all calculated by the pcm based on injector duty cycle, pressure, cylinder conditions etc. The important part is that the pressure stays high during WOT. However, pressure post HPFP as low as what Forscan was listing was too low. Fill this...
