When you plug flanges, the company welds up and fills the holes creating a solid flange and then redrill the stud holes. Where your flanges are weak seem to be where Honda added the additional "speed holes" prolly to lighten up the component. Basically you would be undoing what Honda screwed...

You can plug axle flanges. It has been done to convert cars from 4 lug to 5 lug. Perhaps that would add strength? However track is very different to street, unfortunately cars are designed for the street.

The system will operate as normal, all you have to do is detach the arm from the shaft for the flappers. (So, if you dont have any flappers, leave all the rest of the kit in place and the computer is non the wiser.)

The Speed6 scene really only survives because the Speed3, and its been almost 20 years. I also understand that CS is a niche market product, they dont also make parts for Honda, Subies or Mustangs. They need to run lean to be profitable for the future. We were only made for 2...

First, dont do things that cause "popping and backfires" Next, based on your info, look into a boost leak test. If you arent hitting targets, and hear pressurized air releasing you have a considerable boost leak. Dont forget to also check the tightness of the turbo to manifold bolts.

I hope the numbers transmit to the track too. You might be in for some more driver mod ;), lol
