Sad event unfortunately..
I was on my way to work, and the coolant light went on.. I was close to work, so i tried to limp it the extra mile to get there.. (very dumb idea, i know) ..
I filled it with coolant, before I left to drive home.. Car overheated again on the way home.. Limped it...
So this has been my burden for the past few days, weeks etc..
long story short, i had to swap injectors, seals etc..
I put on anti-size on the injector bolts so it would be able to be taken off..
the oem were pretty rusty T40 bolts.. (need to get new bolt kit.. or figure something out)
one...
So, We all know that the k04 has its drawbacks.. Most serious people on the forums went big turbo..
With that said, its likely that the k04 can safely do ... 20 -21psi (please correct me if im wrong)..
after that.. it becomes very inefficient and blows a ton of hot air that can ruin an engine...

So I did was going to replace the injectors this weekend (got a good way into the project but had to abort.. daily driver with work tomorrow + raining a ton this weekend limiting time.. etc)
So i got the manifold off.. but time was limited so i put it all back together.. (didn't...

So.. once in a while, I get water that pools up in the area above my spark plug..
its usually just one plug area.. but its a pain..
So, what do need to fix it? valve cover gasket? o rings of some sort?

I guess it came out okay.. I used a bike pump.. it would hold pressure for a second then it would let out. I plugged off the hose from the intake to the manifold.. I also had a clamp on the hose, but thought that plugging would...

i took the metal ecu box off the battery box and i plan on moving it over the fuse box...
question, since the ecu box is metal, do i need to protect that from touching other metal stuff in the...
