+- 5-7% is what I always shot for. As Sharks said, 25% is max, so you could be more than that. Anyone telling you 25% is ok is way off base.

I had a HT WAY back in like 2011. Get rid of the HT. Im not going to go back though all the reasons since everyone already covered them. The tune is not safe, and maybe you will be fine if you never drive aggressive, but the stock tune is way safer than HT. A real tune for your car and mods...

there is a tensioner on the system making sure the chain is tight. You shouldnt have to do anything with the cam gears for that. You just need to make sure its all timed correctly and that you have a new (not used) chain on it.

Yep, uses submersible rated fuel line, a 6an bulkhead fitting, fuel rated shrink wrap for the wires and then my holder.

Gen 1 or Gen Pu? I think they are slightly different. I can PM you my drawing for gen 1, cant guarantee they would work with gen 2 though
