Ended up being broken piston ringlands. After I did valve seals ended up spinning a bearing so tore the engine apart that's how I found it

Don't need child hands to do underneath. Make sure to get the ring that holds the pcv in the plate. If you're just replacing the pcv yoo can break the old ring, pull the old pcv then put new pcv and ring. Is it easier to reach with manifold off, absolutely but I'm too damn lazy to take mine...
