Before I sold my speed, I had a Progress Technologies rear bar which was a 32mm tube and was excellent. the brackets that came with it were pretty beefy and no signs of breakage in 3 years i ran it. You can buy them separately here. Price point isnt bad either...

In the turbo flange? Steady hand with a drill and extractor or drill out completely including threads and use a heli-coil. I just did this with my downpipe to testpipe flange.

Maybe its a non-issue, but arent you concerned running those dump tubes through your cowl being so close to your windshield glass with the heat? Or maybe its further away than it looks?
