Yeah turns out it was my HPFP. I threw in a brand new OEM pump today with new CS internals and issue is gone. Not sure what part of the old HPFP failed but something went.

Yes I replaced the stock fuel pump with an AEM 340. Maybe the way I did the o rings is wrong. Is it supposed to be the oem white sleeve + the 2 orings supplied?

So far so good on the denso 1976040 MAF sensor off rockauto on my built motor/ port injection/ BNR S6 speed 3. Also running Denso coilpacks but don't want to speak too soon on those. I'll wait until the tune is finished on higher boost and give an update

Sorry to revive this old thread, but I wanted to know if you were still making the baskets with the 525lph? If not do you know where I could buy an already modified basket with pump?
