I'm an idiot...turns out I didnt blow a fuse, I just never tightened the bolt holding the negative battery cable down all the way and it finally rattled loose enough to break ground.
However with this sticker I'm sure the old girl is back to her factory horsepower rating...

Got some more shit done last night and this afternoon. Got the new exhaust manifold cleaned up and installed along with the crossover pipe, safety wired the exhaust butterfly open since it wasn't opening when the engine heated up, removed the old radio and speaker along with the hack job harness...
Made some more progress last night. Battery tray is in, new heater hoses in, seatbelts, new battery cables and got the old manifold off. Turns out it was worse than I thought.
