So im having an issue that when im on a Specific tune my car wont go over 11.9 PSI. Tuner says to check for boost leak even tho on my OTS Cobb Stage 1 91OCT im hitting 15.6 PSi... Biggest concern right now is when doing a WOT pull my Throttle posistion is hitting no where near 100%. Maxing out...
